The breakfast is made to order and delicious. the view from the hotel is impressive, offering a breathtaking sight of the city skyline.

It would be nice if there were more chocolate options in the room's mini bar.

This hotel delivers on luxury with exclusive amenities and personalized service. the sun terrace and garden area offer beautiful views and relaxation. the in-room breakfast was delightful and the restaurant served delicious food with special menu options. Private facilities added to the exclusivity of the experience.

The bar/lounge area was limited and could use more options for drinks/snacks. this hotel exceeded expectations with its excellent service and luxurious offerings.

I recently had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in the heart of one of my favorite cities. From the moment I walked into the luxurious lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel instantly welcome. They even surprised me with a thoughtful welcome present during turndown service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views from the large windows. The hotel also provided complimentary beverages and a coffee machine in the room. The staff were really good too ensure our stay was nice, even preparing a birthday cake for my girlfriend. The guest experience team was really good in helping us make this trip special. They provided us with useful advice and even gave us loaded Octopus cards for our convenience. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and overall, we were impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who promptly took care of our check, in process and offered us a refreshing welcome drink. the room we were given was stunning and luxurious, equipped with exclusive amenities such as a spa, like bathroom and a private balcony. the massage service we opted for was phenomenal, with the therapist displaying great skill in her technique. the sun terrace was a great place to unwind while enjoying the scenic view.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited menu options at the snack bar. this did not affect our overall experience as there are plenty of restaurant and in, room breakfast choices available.
